The CSJH Pharmacy computer's hard drive crashed leaving the team without access to many resources used on a regular basis. Philip Holstein (TSG Field Services Technician) came in and was able to save the "lost" information and recreate it on a new machine. Thank you Philip for ensuring the Pharmacy Team has access to needed tools!

RMH mother/baby unit actively engaged in PerfectServe!

Submitted by vaclevenger on

Kudos to the RMH mother/baby unit (led by Niki Hale and Lisa Taylor) for their engagement in the PerfectServe project!  The team has created a PerfectServe Quality Board in their breakroom. Providers and staff are encouraged to post what is working well and their concerns.  As items are resolved, they are removed from the Board.  Last week, a rounding team was able to “huddle” with the clinical team leaders at the board and resolve many of their questions on-the spot.  We appreciate this pro-active approach aimed at success.
