Jacob Mack - our Hero

Submitted by tllanham on

Jacob Mack with Environmental Services is amazing.  The Department Secretaries Office on 8 East

is always running out of supplies.  I'm not sure who is suppose to take care of this, but we have adopted Jacob as our "go to" person.  While taking care of his duties on 8 West we have had to approach him on various occasions.

His response is always "I'll take care of it" -  always with a smile on his face.

He has even come and mopped our office after an unfortunate spill.

Special thanks to clinical administrators Kenneth Simmons and Lexi Andrews, Early Mobility Specialist Rachel Kiefer, and Brenda Flowers, NA for the work and time spent caring for a very difficult case this morning. The basic needs of this patient were unable to be met without additional staff. Everyone pulled together and our goal was achieved. Thanks for being so willing to support our team and help a patient in need.
