Three words to describe Nurse Roop: Patient, professional and positive!

I would like to nominate Nurse Roop because she is extraordinary indeed. I was blown away when I saw her in action with my son. Before his surgery she assured him he could count on her to take care of him.

I would like to nominate Nurse Roop to the up most care. She patiently explained things to me and my sister and was a delight every time she entered the room.  She was caring, professional and game me excellent care.

The DAISY Award was established in 1999 by members of the family of Patrick Barnes to honor the very special man that he was.  During his illness from an auto-immune disorder, the family of Patrick recognized the amazing work that nurses do each and every day to take care of him, and other patients and their families.  Kimberly's story is one of compassion and caring for one of our young patients!!
