Mary Beth Manley-Fleck Traveling Case Manager is AMAZING!!

Submitted by LHSPENCER on

Mary Beth is a patient advocate in every way possible. We had an extremely difficult discharge that patient requested needs had changed frequently extending a length of stay concern. She went above and beyond to make sure all changing requests were met so the patient could leave. She even gave her personal cell phone number to the night RN so as new things came up they could be addressed before it extended the hospital stay. Great Team Work and fantastic patient advocate!! Love working with her and I hope she decides to stay with Carilion and continue to be part of the 7 West Team!

All Five C's-Collaboration, Commitment, Compassion, Courage and Curiousity

A shout out WOW to my co-worker Colleen Leonard with Carilion Direct Consumer Lines. I have worked with Colleen for a short time and have learned so much from her. Colleen’s work ethic reflects all Five C’s! Collaboration is the first to come to mind as she strives to keep the ship sailing smoothly. This includes behind the scenes work as well. She has extensive knowledge and finds answers to the many questions we are asked, and there are a lot of questions! She knows where to transfer the caller and will go above and beyond.
