All Five C's-Collaboration, Commitment, Compassion, Courage and Curiousity

A shout out WOW to my co-worker Colleen Leonard with Carilion Direct Consumer Lines. I have worked with Colleen for a short time and have learned so much from her. Colleen’s work ethic reflects all Five C’s! Collaboration is the first to come to mind as she strives to keep the ship sailing smoothly. This includes behind the scenes work as well. She has extensive knowledge and finds answers to the many questions we are asked, and there are a lot of questions! She knows where to transfer the caller and will go above and beyond. During Colleen’s tenure at Carilion (12 years) she must have scheduled 100’s of 1,000’s of hospital follow up appointments contributing to our Community and to our Patient’s healthcare. Isn’t that exactly what Carilion strives for!! I am going to miss you Colleen! Enjoy your retirement you deserve every minute of it!
