While working with a patient, Beverly identified concerning changes in her patient that indicated a need for a higher level of care.

Through her strong assessment skills and timely action, Beverly ensured the patient received prompt intervention and appropriate treatment. Her vigilance and clinical judgment reflect a deep commitment to patient safety and excellence in care.

Tamra Williams, FNP is celebrating her 8th year work anniversary today! Tamra has truly climbed the ladder and returned to college to further her education in healthcare. She started out as a CNA, then LPN, and then an RN. Her career began at Carilion as an RN in the ICU at CNRV. She then transferred to Mother Baby where she still dedicates her time there as she loves this dept. While working at CNRV Tamra went back to school to become a nurse practitioner. She came to FCM Hillsville to work as a family practice FNP.

Kristy Vest, FNP is celebrating 18 years with Carilion today May 27, 2026. Kristy began her career as a medical nurse at CNRV in 2008. She also worked with Carilion Home Health and as an ER nurse at CNRV. Kristy continued to work weekends while she fulfilled her dream of becoming a Nurse Practitioner. Kristy has been a Family Practice NP at FCM Hillsville since she began her career as a nurse practitioner. Kristy lives in the Hillsville area and is well known to her community she provides excellent care to. Happy Work Anniversary to one of the BEST!
