Being in healthcare, we often take for granted that everyone delivers compassion to our patients.  What we must remember is that showing compassion is a choice.  It is not something you can teach.  It is an emotion given from the heart.  That is exactly what these teams did.  A letter was written to the staff of CTCH by a family member that was dealing with the transition of his Grandfather from this life.

We are so thankful for nurses like Jamie who make a difference each and every day in the course of their job.  No matter what the nurses' day brings, a nurses' impact is invaluable and long-lasting to their patients and families.

I can imagine being a field services technician can be a thankless pursuit at times.  There is always some type of technology that needs to be fixed or updated, and they likely have to deal with people that are frustrated or have a deadline of yesterday to complete their project.  They also have to help folks like myself; the technologically challenged.  I can touch a PC with one finger and it goes crazy or weird things happen.  Enter Field Services at CNRV.  We rarely have to wait for assistance to arrive, and if it will be a while, we always get a call or someone

Monday afternoon 10/24, I was leaving work only to find I had a flat tire.   Robbie was also on his way out in the parking lot and he stopped, had me back up to a maintenance bay and did his best to repair my tire.  He was successful in a temporary patch that got me to the tire store.   Thanks so much for jacking up my car, locating the puncture/leak and patching it up temporarily.  I am very grateful to have Robbie as not only a friend, but a co-worker at CNRV.   Thanks for going above and beyond!
