CNRV Field Services ROCKS!
I can imagine being a field services technician can be a thankless pursuit at times. There is always some type of technology that needs to be fixed or updated, and they likely have to deal with people that are frustrated or have a deadline of yesterday to complete their project. They also have to help folks like myself; the technologically challenged. I can touch a PC with one finger and it goes crazy or weird things happen. Enter Field Services at CNRV. We rarely have to wait for assistance to arrive, and if it will be a while, we always get a call or someone drops by to let us know we weren't forgotten. One tech, in particular, Chris Fejes, regularly goes above and beyond what needs to be done to get an issue resolved. Not only does he make sure the issues are taken care of properly but will follow up to make sure things are still going well. Chris is pleasant, polite, and has the humor and patience to not only fix an issue but to explain why it may have happened and what he is doing to fix it. He is also a great teacher. If there is something you aren't quite understanding, he explains it patiently and plainly without making you feel like the technologically challenged person you know you are, and I, for one, really appreciate that so I wanted to send out a big THANK YOU to let Chris and the other techs know how much they are appreciated.
