Karen Marable, a RN on the peds unit, was a HUGE blessing to our unit (mother/baby) today! We had a baby who we could not get an IV placed on...one call to the peds unit and Karen appeared three minutes later with supplies in hand and a smile on her face. Not only was she genuinely happy to assist us, but she was so sweet towards the baby. We are all extremely thankful for her and felt that it was more than necessary to recognize her for the level of skill and confidence she exemplifies.

Amazing Heroes at Postal Drive Testing Center

Thank you, thank you to our amazing heroes working the Postal Drive Testing Center!!  Preparing for a procedure is stressful enough, without having to add a COVID test to the process.  Each member of the Postal team was professional, efficient, and compassionate from start to finish, in ensuring cleanliness of driver’s license, in verifying identifiers, in explaining procedure, and in collection of specimen. They even exemplified compassion with their smiling eyes despite wearing full PPE/PAPRs in the hot, humid weather.  Thank you!

Thank you Epic/Tsg/tsc group

Tyrone Molina was a sitter (POA) for one of my patients on 9MTN PCU last night, and I was rather impressed with the level of care he provided. He was very attentive and kind with a patient that was somewhat challenging, and I wanted to take a moment to recognize his outstanding work...much appreciated!

Huge THANK YOU!

I want to thank Cathy Chisom in the payroll department for being so patient and helpful with all of my questions! I must have seemed quite confused to her, but she was so nice and responsive and answered every one of my questions---I very much appreciate her assistance!

Hasan Kazmi, PharmD, BCCP, was working closely with the CCU team on a patient consult.  This patient did not speak much English but did speak Urdu, which Hasan speaks as well.  Hasan visited the patient each day to ask the patient in Urdu if they had any questions or concerns.  He took the time to listen to the patient’s concerns and then worked to communicate these concerns to his team.  He worked diligently to coordinate and communicate recommendations from several other teams to expedite the care this patient needed to be safely discharged.  Before di
