Giles Community Hospital held their annual Mammos Til Midnight event Friday, October 19, 2018.Refreshments, gifts, and educational items were given away. 16- after hours appointments were able to be filled for this event to accommodate patient's busy lifestyles. Thank you Leigh, Sabrina, and Pam for hosting this event for our community.

The Jefferson College of Health Sciences Education Foundation hosted the fourth annual Be Exceptional Luncheon on May 22, 2018 in the Ballroom at the Patrick Henry in downtown Roanoke. The guest speaker for the luncheon was Dr. Robert Trestman, Virginia Tech Carilion School of Medicine Chair of Psychiatry and Behavioral Medicine, and Carilion Clinic Senior Vice President and Chair of Psychiatry.
