Behind the Scenes Hero

Submitted by jchickman on

What may seem like a small blip often has a lot of people working hard behind the scenes. I’d like to recognize Kipp for demonstrating our core value of commitment by stepping in while on PTO to help resolve connection issues and keep us connected. Your dedication doesn’t go unnoticed—thank you, Kipp!

Display of Integrity

We are pleased to extend our heartfelt commendation to TSG Mobile Device Specialist Bobby Stone for his outstanding display of integrity and customer service. Recently, a mobile device was returned to Bobby, and upon inspection, he discovered a one-hundred-dollar bill inside the case.

Bobby went above and beyond by diligently locating the rightful owner and ensuring that the money was returned. This act exemplifies the core values of our organization and demonstrates the high standard of ethics we strive to uphold.

A HUGE THANK YOU to Todd Stohler - CPM

Submitted by lmrumensky on

I want to send a huge thank you to Todd Stohler for ALWAYS going above and beyond to keep our VelocityCare clinics up and running. He goes out of his way to ensure all aspects of a job are completed before leaving the site. Most recently plumbers were in the clinic taking care of some stopped up drains/toilets and while they were packing up and putting toilets back in place, Todd put on gloves, grabbed the disinfectant wipes and began wiping down the floors and areas the plumbers had dirtied. This is the consistent quality, above standard work we receive when Todd is on the job.

While completing her nursing assessment, Phyllis noted a finding that would require additional testing. Phyllis advocated for this testing which did verify her assessment. The patient remained in the hospital and received necessary treatment, avoiding a readmission or otherwise poor outcome.
