We wanted to recognize Todd Mick, who works in TSG--Field Services, and express our profound gratitude for his incredible support during our recent major technical crisis. When our system and software failed, it created issues that directly disrupted patient care. His rapid response, deep technical expertise and steady focus under pressure were absolutely vital. He didn't just solve a technical glitch; he stayed late, responded immediately multiple times, went completely above and beyond, and worked tirelessly until our critical workflows were fully restored.
