Nakesha Piece, EVS, is phenomenal! She goes above and beyond the call of duty when she cleans our floor! She is pleasant with the patients and their families; she will drop whatever task she is involved with to do something else the floor requires. She always has a smile and a positive attitude. We appreciate it!

Giving a quick shout out to the Environmental Services staff at CSJH. I was there on Monday, July 22, along with others from TSG, to do a walk-through for TeleTracking. One of the very first things we noticed was how clean the environment was. It is obvious that the EVS staff takes great pride in their work. Thank you for your commitment. Your hard work and dedication did not go unnoticed!

Repetitious activities often can lead to something being missed.  Not with Courtney Hodge, LPN at Carilion Tazewell Community Hospital.  Courtney Hodge showed great awareness and did not miss the details when helping her patient.  Courtney’s actions led to the patient not getting overdosed on medication.  Thanks Courtney for your commitment to great care and making this Great Catch! We appreciate your efforts in giving excellent care to our patients!

I absolutely believe that Betty Underwood, Emergency Management, has on more than one occasion made it possible for me to prepare myself and family members for upcoming weather events due to all the weather updates that she sends out. This is the only place that I have worked that has provided their staff with this service.  She has a million other things to do but never misses to keep us prepared!
