Excellent Patient Care

Submitted by amstrole on

I would like to recognize Debbie ,Taylor and Wallace from the OB/GYN team, Dr. Casey, Dr. Julie Joseph and all the nurses on the 12th and 13th floor who assisted with my care. Pregnant with our first child, I had a scheduled c-section and was very nervous.  Everyone was so professional and efficient in everything they did it really helped ease my mind.  Although I can not remember all of your names, everyone was awesome. I had the best experience possible, I could not have asked for better care.

Outstanding Resource

Submitted by mdcash on

Cindy Fallon is an outstanding employee. I contact her regularly and she is quick to respond and follow up if needed - both with me and if needed outside resources - until the issue is resolved. I work in the Epic space with reporting and need her help with server jobs while testing and she is always available - she has even responded while on PTO.

Great Job Cindy - you are appreciated!

8MICU-You go Callie!

Submitted by sedavies on

Callie had my back tonight while working with a particularly difficult patient. With her hands full with other patient's needs, she still somehow found the time to rush into the room to ensure safety of the patient as well as my own. Knowing how difficult this patient was being, she made a point to glance at the camera feed often and offer support when needed. I am extremely thankful I had her help tonight! Thanks Callie!

CFMH's Dr. Nogueira Helps Out Imaging Department

I would like to give a big WOW to Dr. Jonathan Nogueira for coming down to CT and starting an IV using ultrasound on a very hard to stick outpatient we had recently.  Thanks to him we were able to get her study done as ordered.  We can always count on our ER nurses coming down to help us out, but when the nurse was having difficulty he stepped up and was willing to try and the patient was willing to let him and it all worked out! Love it when a plan comes together!

Timely Response By Environmental Services

Submitted by jawilkes on

We are in the process of doing some remodeling. We contacted Environmental Services this morning about some cleaning(scraping & mopping) needing to be done before we moved items back in. They sent Henry Widener for this. Henry went as far as getting on his hands & knees to scrape the floor before he mopped.

Thanks Mr Henry for doing the extra for us
