Kudos to Bert Herald, RDN on an amazing web-x last night, from his own kitchen!  He covered important information regarding the incidence of obesity, it's association with chronic illness, key factors in successful weight loss regimens and practical tips related to diet,  exercise and mind-set to help people on their way.   He offered a focus on sodium reduction in the diet and did a great little demo detailing a recipe for a healthy meal.
