More Than Just a Co-Worker

Submitted by cdcastle on

Rebecca Johnson of the ED at CRMH has been instrumental in her leadership as a CTL, her care and compassion for not just her patients, but for her coworkers and those she leads. She is the embodiment of a leader in her actions via capitalizing on teachable moments to improve our pt care, not because she has to but because she wants to, in her positive reinforcement in all that we do from furthering our educations to learning/practicing new skills, and most importantly, in her genuine care regarding our health and well being as co-workers.

So happy to be a part of a team that always goes the extra mile to help out our brothers and sisters at CRMH. What a year it has been and we certainly went out with a bang!

Commitment

This WOW for Commitment  goes out to my colleagues in the Stonewall Jackson Sleep Center.

Grace Tilson, Karen Carlton, Maria Creasy

I went out-of-state on LOA for 3 weeks, and when I got back, I had to quarantine for a full 7 days and then a couple more days waiting for my results, (thankfully negative).  That's a long time to rely on others to do your job.

Great Catch by CSJH/CRBH EVS Worker Gay Ramsey

Submitted by fmwaddell on

EVS Supervisor Connie Beverly would like to recognize EVS Tech II Gay Ramsey for her outstanding attentiveness while working on the M/S Floor at CSJH/CRBH.  Gay was cleaning on the Medical Floor when she noticed that a patient was "shaking and wasn't acting normal".  Gay immediately notified an RN and a rapid response was called.  As a result of Gay's commitment to help others, she was able to help save the patient's life.

Fearless Leader

Submitted by jmprovencal on

Our Clinic Practice Manager - Tracy Shirley-McCown is always there if you need her, and fearlessly leads us each and everyday.

Thank you Tracy for being here this morning to ensure that all things ran smoothly, just in case some of us didn't make

it in on time due to the "supposed" Snow Storm.  (where's the snow?)  Thankfully all went well, and all of us are here!  We just didn't get

here as early as you.   All of us here at the Gyn Oncology Dept appreciate you!
