Commitment

This WOW for Commitment  goes out to my colleagues in the Stonewall Jackson Sleep Center.

I went out-of-state on LOA for 3 weeks, and when I got back, I had to quarantine for a full 7 days and then a couple more days waiting for my results, (thankfully negative).  That's a long time to rely on others to do your job.

My co-workers/work friends had my back by working extra hours, performing cross over duties, and keeping the sleep center running like a well oiled machine.  All of them said it was "no problem, we have your back!" without blinking an eye.  Yes, this is what we do for each other in a dedicated and committed department.  I feel so appreciative of them for allowing me extended time to be away during a tragic time for my family.

Maria and Grace, you stepped up and learned how to set up home sleep studies!   Karen, taking on some of those dreaded day shift duties...you did a fantastic job.
