Congratulations Sarah Minnick, 7 Mtn PCU on receiving a Daisy Award!

"It was hard for me to convince him he needed to stay, because he is 85 years old and knows everything. However, without the positive reinforcement and gentle coaxing from the nurses and especially Sarah, he would have walked right out of your hospital never receiving the care he needed."

Congratulations to Derrick Agee, 9 Mtn ICU on receiving a Daisy Award!

"It is without a doubt that the quality of care my Father received with Derrick was second to none and I am confident that without Derrick as his nurse during such a traumatic time that my Father's outcome would not be as hopeful as it stands today."

"I cannot thank him enough for his dedication, professionalism, and empathy as an ICU Nurse."

environmental service employee Brittany Burnett helps recover lost wallet

Submitted by Ktbeasley on

Not only does Brittany do an excellent job keeping the 8th floor CM office exceptionally clean, she turned in my wallet that I left in a 1st floor bathroom when I was changing clothes after a training session! Brittany just happened to be the person to enter the bathroom after I left and not evening knowing it was  my wallet, she turned it in to guest services w/ all contents intact. If anyone has ever misplaced or lost their wallet, then you know how stressful this can be!

I just want to say how proud of my EVS staff here at CFMH. They have worked very hard to maintain our facilities during this pandemic era. Most of them have went above and beyond to not only take care of our patients but our staff as well. Long hours and dedication has been the norm and we have kept a steady workforce in house. As a supervisor I can only say THANK YOU for your dedication to make our facilities clean. God bless you all.
