Submitted by allauricella on

During the pandemic, our Pharmacy team has been working both on-site and remotely, finding ways to meet the needs of our patients.

September is the time of year when many organizations review their emergency plans. Since CRMH is the only Level 1 Trauma Center in the region, and our neighbors rely on our community hospitals every day, it is important for us to be prepared for any emergency situations that may arise.

Our region is counting on us.

Reaching Patients How They Want—Through Text Message

Do you screen some of the calls that come to your phone as an unrecognizable number? So do many of our patients. And when patients miss our calls, that can also lead to missed appointments.

While automated phone calls with customized voice message reminders have been helpful, we’ve taken our communications a step further by reaching our patients how they prefer to be reached—via text message.
