While caring for two patients in the same room, Haley Newman noticed something wasn’t quite right. Both patients had documentation updates, but Haley spotted that the surgical plan had been entered under the wrong patient. Thanks to her sharp attention to detail, she flagged the issue immediately, prompting a review and correction before any impact to care occurred.
Haley’s quick thinking and commitment to patient safety ensured the correct information was communicated to the care team and OR staff. Her actions exemplify the vigilance and teamwork we strive for every day.

I was extremely impressed with Todd Stanley’s, HR Information Systems, quick response to helping me with a workday task. I was struggling with uploading a document needed with my name change. He sent me instructions to follow and they didn’t work. He then got on my computer and realized I needed to have something closed for the instructions to work. He stayed with me until I had the task done. He was easy to talk to, extremely patient and did an awesome job.
