Billy Perkins - Commitment

Submitted by gdmerix on

I wanted to give a shout out to Billy Perkins, Field Services Tech at CASB. I was having trouble with my computer late one afternoon and Billy called and stated to diagnose the issue over the phone. After about 30 minutes we learned that the computer would need to be reimaged. The next morning Billy was into the office bright and early to get the computer and reimage it before lunch time.

Thanks, Billy for your commitment!

Keri Garman went Above and Beyond

Submitted by Tmmartin on

Above and Beyond for the safety of others!  CRMH Employee Health has phenomenal nurses and staff. I went to get my flu shot and I have to have the egg free. Keri that was giving me my shot did not see egg free on the boxes. So she and the other nurses went through everything to make sure it was so I would not have a allergic reaction. I really appreciate them all, we need more nurses like Keri G.   Thank you all!!!

Great Patient Experience

Angie Slater went above and beyond for one of our Orthopaedic patients.  Angie worked with the patient's insurance group until she could get the therapy approved. The patient contacted me to say thank you and to share with me what Angie had done. The patient stated, " Angie was a sweetheart for getting this done for me". This is one example of many examples that Angie does for her patients.  She is committed, compassionate and a great employee!! Thank you Angie for being on our team.

CGCH Occupational Therapist's Skills are Life Changing for Patient

Robin Czar, OTR at CGCH has been working with this patient and her extensive injuries that occurred over 1 year ago.  She remained extremely limited with the use of her right hand due to nerve damage.  Robin's creativity, critical thinking, determination, great skills, and commitment allowed her to create this adaptation for her patient that enables her to use her right hand again.  Tears of joy flowed down the patient's face as she walked through the clinic doing things she hadn't  been able to do since July 2019 thanks to the hard work and compassion of Robin.  Sh
