JoAnn Callaway has been working for EVS for a few months now and she goes above and beyond her job keeping our medical office building clean. As one of our leaders put it,"JoAnn is doing a great job cleaning. She gets down on her knees cleaning around the toilets to make them nice and clean".  He dedication to her job, the department and me is what makes her a get employee and person. Thank you JoAnn for your work.

Shout out to Tierra Witcher of CVI!!  I was trying to drop off my husband's holter monitor and didn't pay any attention to the time on Friday evening and the offices being closed.  Tierra noticed me in the hallway on her way out and offered to drop it off on Monday morning for me since the cardiology office was closed.  Thank you for taking the time to help me out and being awesome!!!!!

I want to give a shout out to Lori Kroese, PCC at inpatient rehab at Carilion Roanoke Community Hospital. We were having difficulty obtaining very specific follow up for one of our patients, and Lori made phone calls to several different offices, and sent multiple referrals to make sure this patient was set up for success at discharge. I feel so grateful to have colleagues that are so invested in the success of our patients. Thank you, Lori, for your hard work!

Warmly,

Holley Aderholt, NP-C
