Keith Perry: An Amazing Mentor

Submitted by llsaavedra on

Mentoring is a powerful force that can change lives. The exchange of knowledge, wisdom and information is one of the most powerful and effective tools an organization can offer.

We, at Carilion, are proud to have amazing mentors in the Institute for Leadership Effectiveness (ILE) Mentoring Program. ILE has the only formal mentoring program at Carilion. We have many amazing mentors, and we'd like to recognize one that has continued to receive exceptional feedback.

Carilion's CVI was recently nominated and recognized in Beckers Hospital Review's '100 hospitals and health systems with great heart programs | 2023'.

CVI's programs, research, educational commitment, superior technology, talented staff and great patient outcomes drove this recognition and we are grateful to have such a dedicated and successful heart and vascular program to serve the region!

My Carilion Clinic pullover came in the mail today, and I can't wait for cooler weather so that I can wear it with pride! I'm sure it's no small feat to coordinate an order of this magnitude, so I would just like to extend my appreciation to everyone involved in organizing and offering these to us!
