Our Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is a group of mental health professionals that provide a safe place for you to unload, get support, get back on your feet and find the resources you need for a mentally healthy life. Code Lavender provides emotional and spiritual support to frontline staff through rapid response during distress or a crisis. You can request a Code Lavender for yourself or your whole team through Perfect Serve at any time. If you are having thoughts of suicide or self-harm, seek help immediately.
