Leaves of absence let you take time away from work due to medical, family or personal reasons. Carilion also provides military leave to those employees serving in the uniformed services.

Carilion provides you with time away from work when an immediate family member dies. The bereavement policy covers full-time and regular part time employees. You may use up to three bereavement leave days.
