February is a reminder to celebrate connection, compassion, and kindness in the care we give. Knowing what our patients think about the care they receive helps us to celebrate our strengths while also acknowledging opportunities to ensure we're providing the best quality care to our patients.  

Parking Garages Resume Full Operations

All parking garages, including rooftop levels, have fully reopened, and regular parking operations have resumed, as indicated by signage at each garage. This includes the Crystal Spring Medical Office Building Garage, which has reopened to employees. You may return to normal parking routines at all locations. 

Note, the CRCH Garage rooftop was closed for maintenance prior to the inclement weather event and remains closed.

Telehealth Update: Flexibilities Extended Through December 2027

Congress has passed a bipartisan funding bill that extends key Medicare telehealth flexibilities through Dec. 31, 2027. This means we can continue delivering care via video and audio-only visits under current reimbursement models without interruption.

This highly respected designation honors hospital units that consistently demonstrate exceptional clinical outcomes, a strong culture of teamwork, and a sustained commitment to evidence-based practice.
