I want to thank Lacie Schrader of Carilion Clinic Home Care Home Health & Hospice NRV for going above and beyond to help me while my computer was being repaired.  Lacie willingly entered time sensitive data for me to Medicare until I could gain access back to Medicare.  She always has a willing spirit and she did not make me feel like I was burdening her with my computer issues.  I am thankful that I get to collaborate with Lacie.

Wow to our dental assistant Charmane Chapman

Submitted by mlhaynes on

I just wanted to give a shout out to one of our dental assistants, Charmane Chapman.  Charmane is a great, great, team player.  No matter what the situation, she comes at it with a positive upbeat attitude.

She is always willing to pitch in whereever needed, without complaint.  She is a joy to work around and I so appreciate her attitude.  Our little patients here at Pediatric Dental just love her too.

A HUGEEEEE Thank You!

I need to give a huge and special thank you to Susan Pulley, a traveler that is in Resource Pool (and has been here for a year already, her second assignment/year at this wonderful facility!) Anyways, Susan really helped me when I was getting an admission right before hand off that was in need of some attention when everything else seemed to be going on as well. She was so willing to jump right in and help me with my med pass and did it without blinking an eye. It is moments like these that you really realize those you can lean on and I would not be afraid to lean on Susan at all.
