The CNRV Quality Team proudly recognizes the outstanding collaboration and swift response of the Emergency Department, Radiology, and Pharmacy teams in the care of a stroke patient during the month of September. Thanks to the timely assessment and treatment provided, thrombolytic therapy was administered with a Door-to-Needle time of just 55 minutes.

As a result of this exceptional care, the patient was successfully transferred to an outside facility, progressed through rehabilitation, and was ultimately discharged home requiring minimal assistance.
