Michelle Crowder, thank you for your kindness, guidance, and your constant willingness to listen to me. I appreciate all the time you take with me, and I hope we can work together for many years to come.

I'm sure in the days and weeks to come there will be many others that I will be grateful to, but for now, you are the first. Thank you.

Teamwork

Shout out to the Mother/Baby staff for stepping up and assisting in the NICU when they were in need of assistance due to a high volume of patients.

Another shout out for Mother/Baby staff that went above and beyond to assist Labor and Delivery when they had several call outs and many labor patients to care for.

This unit teamwork shows its commitment to patients and Carilion no matter what floor the patients are on. Thank you all for the amazing care you give all patients. It's times like this that make me proud to be a part of the Mother/Baby unit.

I had worked with Madoso Toure multiple times , especially when I am assigned at 12 West. I have witnessed her hardwork and dedication to make the unit clean. She emptied trash multiple times and made sure things were clean and in order. She is also very respectful and kind. Kudos to you.

Thank you for all you do
