Our team of Infectious Diseases pharmacists are committed to promoting Antimicrobial Stewardship efforts in our community!  As part of a community outreach effort to decrease unnecessary antibiotic prescriptions for viral illnesses, this team assembled over 600 symptom relief packs that will be utilized at a VelocityCare location in the future.  Thank you to Lauren McDaniel, Nick Stornelli, Caitlin Swindall, Jayna Sharma, and Nathan Everson for your creative collaboration to care for our community!

David Stanphill is a dynamic and learning leader.  He recently took charge of navigating and learning a brand new procedure for the CRMH CT department.  The new procedure took lots of planning, resource and involved some of our smallest patients. Dave was committed to the successful execution of the exam and held our organizational values high..  His peers took note and nominated him for the Imaging Vision Award!  Thank you Dave for your continued commitment and support and congratulations on winning the Vision Award!  It is well deserved!

Going the Extra Mile

Kyla Sullivan, RN with general pediatrics went above and beyond to help a patient. The patient, who is a patient of pediatric neurology, has been having a hard time getting medication filled due to manufacturer back order. Mom's call was accidentally transferred to the wrong department. Since it was after hours for neurology, Kyla jumped in and called the pharmacy to ensure the patient's medication got filled so the patient would not go without the medication for the evening. The pediatric neurology staff is very thankful for Kyla's actions!
