I am reaching out regarding one of your tech's Dee - I would LOVE to nominate her for the B.E.E. Award!! 

Congratulations to Nakota, Tracy, Taylor, Tammy, Mindy, Shelby, Patricia and Kim for completing the Team STEPPS, Just Culture, and new hire orientation for CFMH.

We appreciate your support of the safety culture for our facility.

Diontae was in the hallway going to clean another unit and I had mentioned that the floors on 4S PACU could really use some attention. Diontae Washington took the initiative to clean our floors. Diontae Washington did a flawless job and was so nice to help us keep our unit clean.

Each and every time I have worked with Tasha, she has gone above and beyond to assure that our patients are comfortable and well informed. We had a patient who had scheduled their 3 appointments in 4 days. Tasha reached out to the parent to make sure that all the previous directions were well understood. Tasha was able to reiterate the childs discharge instructions which clarified the questions the parent had. The parent was confident in the treatment and did not require additional office visits.

PICU celebrated 1 year fall free!    Thank you for your commitment to patient safety.  

Crystal is relatively new to our Environmental Services Family but learned early on that she should speak up when she sees a safety concern.

Crystal identified several safety issues during one of her shifts and submitted Safe Watch events so they could be addressed.

Just wanted to thank Tabitha Poindexter in RCRC for bringing an old account to my attention that has been severely underpaid by the insurance. The account has been resolved today. 

Heather is a fairly new UM team member but you would never know it by the quality of her work and her willingness to go above and beyond expectations.

Congratulations to CRBH's Sarah Watts for discovering that two wrong patients had been scheduled for radiology exams, and for taking the initiative to fix this mistake.  Great Catch Sarah and thank you for all that you do on a continual basis for CRBH!

Congratulations to CRBH Pharmacy Technician Tanya Beverley for her Great Catch involving discovering that the wrong dose of a medication had been given to a patient.  Tanya, thank you for your consistent commitment and dedication to accuracy and patient safety.   We appreciate all that you do for our patients!
