NICU Celebrates Halloween!

This past weekend, our NICU families had the opportunity to take part in spooky season by dressing up our tiniest patients for Halloween. Thanks to Carilion Children’s Parent Advisory Board for hosting an event to create the costumes, families were able to choose from 55 creations. From superheroes to bacon and eggs, each NICU family was invited to participate. 

Thank you to the Carilion Children's Parent Advisory Board members, NICU staff and members of the Virginia Tech Carilion Pediatrics Interest Group for coming together to make the costumes. We greatly appreciate the donation of your time and talents to make it a Halloween to remember in the NICU!
