“Just wanted to give a HUGE shout out to Whitney! There was a patient that called who recently had a knee replacement and was having some post-op complications. Whitney was quick to respond in getting this patient in the office to assess his situation. The patient was having issues with his dressing. She reached out to the appropriate people to ensure she was taking the correct actions. Once the patient came in for a follow up appointment, he continuously bragged on the care that was provided to him on this day by Whitney. He said that she was one of the best nurses and that she did a fantastic job taking care of him. He wanted to make sure she received the praise that she deserved! Way to go, Whitney. I know this day was very stressful for you but the actions that you took made a huge impact on your patient. Thank you for being an amazing nurse!”
