Awesome OBGYN staff!

Today, I received a call from a patient. She is 104 years old and still living at home! She had a medical need that she perceived as immediate. She was very anxious, worried, and scared. I was not able to offer her a same day appointment at OBGYN Jefferson or Highland. I called 2 of our OBGYN sister offices.  Erin Smith at CCR3 and Trisha Richardson at Salem worked with me to get this patient in today. I am very proud to be a part of this team and want to WOW them for their collaboration and helping make this patient's day. We all want to provide our patients with the best possible care in a timely manner, these ladies went above and beyond to help! Thank you Erin and Trisha! ~Gail
