Great TEAMWORK between CGCH & CNRV OR Staff!

There was an unexpected scope issue before an office case in the Giles MOB, with little time to spare. Everyone brainstormed together and jumped into action with the following result: a CNRV nurse and the MOB manager met half-way in Dublin and handed off a replacement scope while the OR got Dr. Cooper's next case done, so she could then flip back into the original case and be done close to on-time. Thanks to everyone's teamwork, and Dr. Cooper's flexibility, the patient was able to have his procedure done today instead of being rescheduled. Great job!!
