Going Above and Beyond in Customer Service

I want to give a shout out and THANK YOU to Melissa Wills, Product Lead, Digital Services in Marketing and Communications! I'm a new Carilion employee and assigned the task to update the Hub for the Institute for Leadership Effectiveness. The Hub isn't the most user friendly program and I had numerous questions about creating a high level resourceful site that would showcase the services ILE provides. Melissa was my go to person and exceeded my expectations in her amazing customer service! She went above and beyond in providing information to help me achieve my goals for our Hub. In today's busy workplace climate, it's not often that we receive the "extra" care that Melissa gave. On behalf of myself and our team, THANK YOU Melissa! Great job!
