"Terri took the time to explain everything so that I understood. She answered my questions in detail and calmed my anxious heart with excellent bed side manner. She was very gently and compassionate. She checked on us as a family frequently making sure of our understanding of the very difficult situation. She listened intently to my concerns and sat beside me and gave encouragement, comfort, and a compassionate smile. She checked on me and my husband after we were transferred to palliative care for several days. She went above and beyond to make sure we were okay. She is an excellent, compassionate nurse."
