All the Carilion Values

Misty Stultz is one of our HAA's and is an amazing example of what customer service should be. Recently, we had a patient who was traveling from Martinsville to our Christiansburg office and the patient became confused on where she needed to go and found herself lost. Misty not only provided the address to her, but she also stayed on the phone with her, giving her turn-by-turn directions until she found our office. This has happened on multiple occasions. Misty is always our go-to-girl because she goes above and beyond for all our patients. Her co-workers all speak very highly of her, "she brings light to the office" and “her laugh is contagious" are just a few examples. A few more statements from patients and the people she touches every day include "she is punctual,” "always volunteers to help," "shows confidence," “a real team player," “listens and has suggestions," "shares ideas," "Misty is a stress reduction for the workplace," "hearing her laugh just makes me smile," and the list goes on and on. Misty brings joy to everyone around her during these crazy and uncertain times we are facing, especially in healthcare!
