4th Year Anniversary - amazing Achievements!

Michelle Diehl was interviewed for the position as the Psychiatry's office-based opioid treatment program's pioneering care coordinator four years ago this week.  Statewide policy changes paved the way for a new preferred interdisciplinary approach to the treatment of persons with an opioid use disorder.  This model hinges on care coordination - that Michelle brought into fruition.  The program doubled in capacity from 2017 to 2021 and has grown from one care coordinator to five.  The wrap around care, the compassionate outreach, provided in this program has been inspired by the lead care coordinator - thank you, Michelle, for leading the way!
