Siddhi Patel - Dal Cooking Class, Team Building Diversity Event

The Accounting Shared Services, Intake Team, recently hosted an online lunch cooking class.

Siddhi Patel did an amazing job teaching the team how to make yellow lentil Dal, while also conducting a language lesson. This was the first time most members of the team had cooked with Indian spices and eaten Dal.
