Patient Rep. at CNRV Ricardo Montoy

I just want to say a big thank you to Ricardo Montoy for his help with two patients recently.  I work in imaging but I was helping screen outside the ER when he just happened to be walking by and there was a family that spoke Spanish that I was trying to screen.  He stopped and helped translate for me and made the family feel taken care of.  Then about 2 weeks later I went to get a patient in the ER for an x-ray and he came by and helped translate once again.  He even came over to the x-ray room and helped explain everything to the patient.  This is a great service provided for our patients to make them feel welcomed and cared for.  Thank you so much!
