Case Managed!

While in with a patient, patient and family expressed a lot of concerns regarding placement in a facility, insurance, and wanted to speak with a member of the care management social work and case management team. I sent an email to the on-duty team and within 5 minutes Michele Kipley was at the door waiting to address their concerns. Thanks for being on patient's comfort a top priority!
