BEE Award

Congratulations Paul Poindexter, NA on receiving the BEE award! Paul was nominated on multiple occasions for the exceptional care he provides to patients and families. One patient said, "Paul was our nursing assistant for two nights when our second son was born. He was exceptionally gentle with our son and passionate toward us as parents. He is a genuine soul and his kindness was just what we needed to help a stressful night. We enjoyed every interaction with him as they were genuine and real. You can really tell he enjoys his job and is here for the care of the patient. We were truly blessed to have him as our nursing assistant both nights we were on mother/baby. My husband and I are both nurses and throughout our stay, he was the one employee who impressed us and stood out as genuinely kind, calm, exceptional, and willing to go above and beyond.".
