Going Above and Beyond-Infusion Patient

Michelle has gone above and beyond in her job role through this pandemic. Helping with Infusion Center patients and COVID testing, she has gone above and beyond by advocating for a patient who was primary care giver over his wife. Michelle personally called the Infusion CTL to assist in providing the best solution for the patient and wife. The patient was then arranged to have his treatment at the RMH Infusion Center location on 6West where he was able to bring his wife as a visitor to a private room. Great collaboration and communication of patient needs Michelle! We really appreciate all you do!
