The CAPS department would like to give a huge 'shout out' to the team at Neurology-Riverside 3 for placing SafeWatch reports regarding potentially unsafe, defective devices. Thanks to the reporter leaving her name the process worked perfectly! The SafeWatch team was able to obtain the devices, then file a report with MedSun. MedSun reports notify the manufacturer of the device to conduct an investigation on their products for quality assurance. Great Catch, to the Neurology team at Riverside 3 for speaking up for patient and staff safety! Keep up the great work!
