Thank You Paul King, Police Captain- Western Division

When the pandemic created a unique set of challenges for our staff working in Home Health and Hospice, Paul King, Police Captain for our Western Division jumped right in to help our mobile workforce serving the NRV and Tazewell.

As you can imagine, our home care staff were struggling to find open and safe restroom locations while out on the road due to COVID-19.  Paul reached out to his community contacts and provided our teams with a list of safe and confirmed locations where they could stop and use their facilities. The locations included local Rescue Squads, Police Departments, and Fire Stations.  All these locations have welcomed our Carilion employees with open arms and open restrooms!
