Our Sabbath Moment...

This week, I had the fortunate pleasure of stumbling upon "Our Sabbath Moment".  Chaplain Seth McCormick from Carilion Home Health and Hospice produces a daily email titled "Our Sabbath Moment" for his team.  Seth shared "a few weeks ago Sharon Parker asked me to write a daily devotional of sorts to help provide EPE, "Emotional Protective Equipment," for our Hospice and Home Health teams which has turned into my "Our Sabbath Moment..." emails".  Seth and I connected this when I shared a thank you card that I had received from a past family member served in both the Palliative and Hospice settings.  Seth shared that day's "Our Sabbath Moment" with me and it has been such a blessing to my mind, body, and soul to receive his daily emails.  If you are looking for a real, heartfelt encouragement during these trying times that we all find ourselves in, please reach out to Seth for his "Our Sabbath Moment".  Thank you Seth!!
