Embodying Outstanding Leadership in the Midst of Difficult Times

I want to extend my gratitude to Deneen Davis, BSN who is the unit director of the Med-Surg and ICU at CSJH. Since the beginning of the newly adapted policies and regulations that have been developed to combat COVID-19, patient care and the safety, health and support of our staff have been her top priority. Though there are many others who have worked alongside and behind the scenes, Deneen's tireless efforts have not gone unnoticed or unappreciated. I, and I feel it safe to say, all of my peers and co-workers, are eternally grateful for your leadership, compassion, and kindness during these unprecedented times.
