Above and Beyond

I am new to Carilion and had training at RMH.  I was lost when I came in and asked for directions from one of the staff.  She was so generous to me she had a housekeeping  cart in tow but it did not slow her down.  She took me not only to the floor but all the way to the correct room to make sure I made it to the correct location.  This lady was beyond wonderful and friendly.  I hope everyone can learn of kindness with employees like her.  Her name is Amine Hale Environmental Services.  I would like her supervior Francis Karpeh to also know what a great employee she is.
