Carilion Medicine magazine wins national honors

Our physician magazine, Carilion Medicine, was honored a second consecutive year in the Folio awards, the magazine industry’s most prestigious awards program.  This time, we received an honorable mention for our Special Report on Health Behaviors in our Fall 2018/Winter 2019 issue. Our earlier award recognized our Fall 2017 issue on Rural Medicine. Carilion Medicine targets a national audience of clinical and administrative leaders. It is produced by our Marketing Communications Department, with the editorial leadership of Patrice M. Weiss, M.D., executive vice president and Chief Medical Officer, and our department chairs.
